Viet Nam-Laos-China ‘con’ throwing festival takes place in Lai Chau

The third Viet Nam-Laos-China ‘con’ festival, themed “Colour of friendship”, kicked off in Muong Te district, the northern mountainous province of Lai Chau on December 29.

A ‘con’ (colourful fabric ball) throwing festival of border districts in Viet Nam, Laos and China is scheduled to take place in the northern province of Lai Chau on December 29-31, 2019, under the theme “Friendship Colours”.
