Con Co Island sees tourism boom

Con Co Island in the central province of Quang Tri is seeing a boom in tourist arrival since the first visitors set foot on the island in a tour launched two years ago.

Nearly 60 foreign passengers and crew members of the Panorama II cruiser arrived in Quang Tri on April 8 for a tour of the central province’s historical relic sites, once a fierce battlefield in Viet Nam.
