Ha Giang announces to welcome visitors again

- From November 23, Ha Giang Province (North) welcomes visitors to all tourist sites, attractions and villages in the province, excepting two communes of Dong Minh and Sung Thai in Yen Minh District.

Ha Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued a document announcing on welcoming visitors again to Ha Giang in the new situation. Accordingly, from November 23, 2021, Ha Giang welcomes visitors again to all tourist sites, attractions and villages in the province, excepting two communes, namely Dong Minh and Sung Thai in Yen Minh District.

According to the document, for people who have had enough vaccine doses and people who have recovered from COVID-19, Ha Giang Province only tests one of the following cases: when there is a request for epidemiological investigation; or coming from an area assessed as having level 4 pandemic or regional medical isolation.

In the coming time, Ha Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize a green tourism program with the running prize of "Journey to the North Pole"; surveying Northwestern tourism products in association with a conference to summarize tourism cooperation programs between 8 expanded Northwest provinces and Ho Chi Minh City in 2021; launching sport practices to improve health to prevent pandemics…

On this occasion, the authorities of the districts and cities in Ha Giang have tightened the management of tourism activities in the areas; improve service quality; well implement environmental sanitation, protect tourism resources; ensure security, food safety and hygiene to ensure "safe adaptation, flexibility, effective control of the COVID-19 pandemic".

Ha Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also gives requirements that service businesses, tourist sites and cultural tourism villages strictly complying with prescribed regulations on prevention of COVID-19 pandemic, are allowed to serve tourists.
