List of activities in January and February 2015 of the ESRT Programme

A technical workshop on “Reporting and Experience Sharing on Visitor Survey in five pilot destinations” was organised by the ESRT Programme on December 30th, 2014 to hand over results of this survey to Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT).

On December 3rd, 2014, in excess of 200 delegates gathered for a Tourism Occupational Standards Conference to seek an effective mechanism for Vietnam tourism human resources development by establishing a strong partnership between the public and the private sector.

List of activities in December 2014 of the ESRT Programme

World Tourism Market 2014 (WTM 2014) took place in London (United Kingdom) from November 3rd to 6th, 2014. The Vietnam Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) participated in WTM 2014 with the support from the ESRT Programme. The ESRT Programme finalized ten VTOS standards version 2013 in English and uploaded them to ESRT website in order to facilitate the references of all stakeholders in tourism industry.
